If you experience discomfort, consult a healthcare professional about potential adjustments or fit issues.

To clean orthotics, gently wipe them down with a damp cloth and a mild soap or detergent, making sure to remove any loose dirt first; avoid soaking them in water, using harsh chemicals, or putting them in the washing machine, as this can damage the materials and affect their functionality. For odor control, sprinkle baking soda on the orthotics and let it sit for a while before brushing it off; always let them air dry completely before wearing them again.
